Cancellation Policy
CD-Milestone Consulting is committed to ensuring high standard of training delivery. All bookings must be made via email. Clients must provide: Full name and contact details Date and time for the delivery Number of trainees Book the venue locally Following booking arrangement, a confirmation email or written approval will be issued. A 50% deposit or full payment must be made upon confirmation 7 days before the training date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Cancellation must be made in writing via email. Refunds are issued based notice period-7 days notice : full refund. 3-7 days' notice: 50% refund. Less than 3 days' notice: No refund, CD- Consulting reserve the right to update the policy at anytime. Clients will be notified of changes affecting existing bookings.
